Dawki River: Known for its crystal-clear waters and the picturesque Dawki Bridge, which offers breathtaking views of the river and the surrounding hills.

Mawlynnong Village: Often called the cleanest village in Asia, renowned for its pristine environment and community-based eco-tourism initiatives.

Single Root Bridge: Living root bridges found in the villages around Cherrapunji and Mawlynnong, created by training the roots of rubber trees to grow across rivers.

Cherrapunji (Sohra): Famous for being one of the wettest places on Earth and its stunning landscapes, including waterfalls, valleys, and limestone caves.

Mawphlang Sacred Forest: An ancient forest near Shillong, revered by the Khasi tribes for its spiritual significance and biodiversity.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Guwahati Airport – Shillong (100 kms / 03 hrs.)

On arrival at Guwahati pick up will be done from Airport(12pm) & drive to Shillong.
En-route stop at a photo point and capture the Umiam Lake view.
On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel.
Evening free to rest or explore on your own.
Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 2 : Shillong - Dawki - Mawlynnong- Shillong

After breakfast, we will cover Dawki , which is along the Indo-Bangladesh border. You can enjoy boating in the crystal-clear waters of the Umgnot River.
We will visit Mawlynnong Village, the cleanest village in Asia. This cute and colourful little village is known for its cleanliness. It is situated 90 kms. From Shillong and besides this picturesque village, offers many interesting sights such as the Living Root Bridge and the strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock.
Single root bridge trek can be explored. Interested people who can trek can go and rest can wait at the tea point.
Drive to Shillong late evening reaching by dinner time
Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 3 : Shillong - Cherrapunji Sightseeing - Shillong

After breakfast we will leave for Cherrapunji Sightseeing.
Visit the Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), Mawsmai Cave, Arwah Caves, Dainthlen Falls(if time permits) and the Nohkalikai falls.
Lunch at a local eatery.
Evening back to Shillong. Overnight at Shillong.

Day 4 : Cherrapunji – Mawphlang Sacred Forest - Shillong

After breakfast we will visit Mawphlang Sacred Grove. It is one of the biggest Sacred Groves in Meghalaya. It is a well-preserved forest by the local Nothing can be taken out from the forest as this is being protected by the local deities.
Visit Elephanta Falls on the way. Lunch at the local eatery.
Evening free to explore Shillong local Bazaar. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 5: Departure from Shillong

Morning start after breakfast for Guwahati Airport
Drop at the airport by 2pm.

Day 6: Kamakhya Temple - Departure

Early Morning visit Kamakhya temple. Back for breakfast and departure at Guwahati Airport

Exclusions

Airfare to/from Kathmandu. We can help in booking flights but we bear no responsibility as to cancellation/web check in/ delays etc. Once booked you need to manage your own flight/status.

Any Lunch or Dinner or any snacks or beverages not mentioned in inclusions.
Any Entrance fees, cable car ride, boat ride or activity not mentioned in the inclusion.
Any kind of insurance / Emergency rescue service.
Medical expenses (apart from first aid)
Car at disposal or any disposal charge ( Hotel/ Market/ Hotel).
Tips, laundry, liquors, wines, extra mineral water, telephone charges, camera fee and items of personal nature.
Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances or under force majeure like natural calamities or any emergency evacuation expenses OR change in itinerary due to un-avoidable circumstances.
Cost arising out of flight cancellation/road blockades/landslides/riots and events beyond our control.

Any other item not mentioned in the cost inclusions section.

Terms & Conditions

Payment

Booking Amount Rs 10000/- for holding reservation
100% payment to be made 30 days prior to trip start date to avoid release of booking.

Cancellations

45-60 days before arrival date: 25% of the Package cost.
30-45 days before arrival date: 60% of the Package cost.
Within 30 days 100% Cancellation charges, No Refund.

We do not adjust one trip money in another trip as all vendors are different for each trip

Other Terms

Any additional costs due to weather / unforeseen situation’s, will have to be borne by the traveller.
Any pictures Videos clicked during the trip can/will be used for social media posts/promotions. If you want to maintain privacy in this regard then it’s your sole duty to inform us before the trip starts. Post trip requests to not use any pics/videos will not be entertained.
Participating in the trip will be taken as acceptance to all policies/guidelines shared in this document.
We have a Zero tolerance policy towards any misbehaviour by any traveller towards drivers, hotel staff, trip hosts or towards any other clients/Travellers. Any bad behaviour will not be tolerated and that participant/traveller will be asked to leave right away and no refund will be made if any service is unused by that day/time.
This is a group travel and the itinerary will be followed as shared, no individual different itineraries/suggestions will be taken unless the trip leader is okay with them in every aspect along with all traveller/drivers/hotels. No arguments or pressure will be taken in this regard.
The Itinerary can be modified a little if there is unavailability of given stays, similar stay will be provided.
The guides/drivers and other local staff involved are for the entire group and no personal demands will be catered.
Please be sensitive towards your hosts privacy too and do not expect them to be around 24X7(unless an emergency)
Our team reserves the right to change the plan in case there is danger involved for the group or whenever the travel host deem it necessary.
Final word of the travel host will have to be followed by all the members.
No show and travel itinerary changes/cancellation due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.
